Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in the Australian state of Victoria, is a model and an actress. Her fame was first noticed in Australia with the role of Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors during a hundred episodes that ran between 2006 and 2007. The actress arrived in Hollywood with two projects that first involved the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine where she was a young actress who was a newcomer to Hollywood. Then she was offered a part as Maya who was a hot and very attractive medical student, in Scrubs Season 9. However the series is suddenly put on hold. She then continued filming a Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, starring Jason Sudeikis as well as Owen Wilson. Then she was in B-series movies and series shorts. In 2013, she was able to land more exposed projects. She was for six seasons of the crime series Franklin and Bash then landed her first part in the web-series Chosen carried with Milo Ventimiglia. In the series' first two episodes she has also provided an answer to Chad Michael Murray. Following that she was seen in supporting parts in two feature films featuring aircrafts. She is a flight attendant. But above all she shares the poster for a new program on television called Matador together with Gabriel Luna. The 13-episode season is all that Robert Rodriguez has planned for his suspense thriller that has actors playing CIA agents. They are currently working on the pilot for a new series which does not succeed. The poster that was created for Borrowed Moments, a B series romantic comedy, was shared with Brian Krause in 2015. In the following year, she was on set of the comedy Witness for Rent which featured Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kad Cuoco. The actress is also a an integral part of the huge audience of the experimental Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. The actress appears in five scenes of Satisfaction.
