Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in the Australian state of Victoria, is an actress and model. In Australia she gained notoriety for her role as Pepper Steiger in Neighbors, the soap which ran for 100 episodes between 2006 to 2007. Her first project that she worked on in Hollywood was the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine the show in which she played a young actress, who was new to Hollywood. Then by landing a recurring part in the 9th season of Scrubs in the role of Maya an extremely sexy medical student. It was then abruptly cancelled. Following that, she was able to shoot the Farrelly brothers ' comedy titled Good To Shoot that starred Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter she appeared on the short-form series as well as B-series films. As of 2013, the actress had the opportunity to take on more challenging tasks. In 2013, she appeared in six episodes of the series detective Franklin and Bash, and then got her first role in a regular role on the web-based show Chosen, starring Milo Ventimiglia. In the two first seasons she provides the answer for Chad Michael Murray. Then she played roles of support in the two feature films which focused on airplanes. The first one was a TV film made for SyFy's flight 7500, featuring actors from television shows. Another film is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She portrays a flight assistant. She also shares with Gabriel Luna the poster of the new show on TV called Matador. A 13-episode series is all the Robert Rodriguez has planned for his thriller where actors play CIA agents. The pilot for another show, which hasn't yet been completed, is in development. In 2015, she also released her poster for the B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause and then was seen on the show comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The original Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, also distributed widely. She also appears in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
