Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian model and actress. In Australia her fame was centered around her character in the character Pepper Steiger in Neighbors, an soap-opera that aired 100 episodes in 2006 and 2007. She came to Hollywood in two roles which included the first, choral comedy Hollywood & Wine in which she was a young actress arriving in Hollywood. She was then offered a character in the ninth season of Scrubs in the role of Maya an extremely sexy medical student. The show was abruptly cut off. She then continued filming a Farrelly Brothers comedy Good to Shoot, which starred the duo Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. Then she appeared in B-series films and series shorts. The year 2013 saw her to land more exposed projects: she appeared for six seasons of the crime series Franklin and Bash then landed her first part in the web-series Chosen carried on by Milo Ventimiglia. She plays in the first two seasons in addition to giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. Later, she appeared in roles as a supporting character in both feature films that focused on airplanes. The first was a television film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500 which featured actors from TV programs. Another film is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She's the flight attendant. She together with Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador an all-new television show. The series is a thriller in which the actors play CIA agents, and is produced under the direction of director Robert Rodriguez however does not surpass a full season of 13 episodes. The pilot for another series, that hasn't been a success, remains in development. In 2015, she also released the trailer for a B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause Then she was as the comic Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. She is also one of the stars in a huge distribution of Terrence Malick's new show Knight of Cups. She also appears in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
